1. All deliveries will be arranged 30 - 60 minutes prior from the time of receiving the products. Any changes are not allowed once deliveries are arranged.

2. We will use Grab Express as our priority option. However, if there are problem with lack of drivers on the road for Grab Express, we will use Lalamove as an alternative without informing.

3. Items are expected to received 30 minutes +- from the expected receiving time. (Eg. Expected Receiving Time : 3pm, Actual Receiving Time : 230pm to 330pm)

• All orders that have been placed are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• Once dispatched from the Eventify office, the recipient assumes responsibility for the item.
• Any cash refunds processed to your bank will be subject to a 5% deduction as a bank processing fee from the total purchase amount.
