Upon receipt of payment, the Client(s) hereby accepts the quotation from Eventify to render and supply all services and materials as agreed upon on these terms and conditions as stated herein without any signatories required from the Client(s).
- In the event of cancellation, the deposit payment is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other products.
- Should the date for the event changes and Eventify is not available to attend the new date, the Client(s) will forfeit the payment in full, with it being the agreed loss suffered by Eventify.
In the event that certain materials are not available for decoration services, we will replace with materials of a similar value while maintaining the overall look and feel of the arrangement. Kindly allow some discrepancy between the actual décor and reference images proposed due to materials availability.
In the unlikely event of Eventify being unable to attend to the event due to any cause beyond control, Eventify reserves the right to appoint another firm to undertake the event on our behalf to their best ability. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability of Eventify is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package.
The company retains rights to images taken on behalf of the Client(s). Where the Client(s) has paid for photography, the company gives the Client(s) permission to use such images freely. The Client(s) shall permit Eventify for the usage of images or videos taken during the event as company’s marketing and advertising materials, providing that the images or videos are used lawfully and without damage to the Client(s). It is also specifically agreed that the materials may be used on Facebook, Instagram, Website and / or such other social media forums as is desired, and that the Client(s) may be tagged, or otherwise identified, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1. The collection and return of props are permissible during regular working hours, seven days a week.
2. Additional charges will apply for the collection and return of props outside of business hours.
3. The rental price covers a period of three days, including weekends and public holidays.
4. Additional charges may apply for early pickup or late return, subject to availability.
5. Full payment is required to secure the booking of items.
6. The security deposit is refundable upon the return of items, provided they are returned in their original condition.
7. It is requested to clean the items before returning them. A cleaning fee will be charged for any residue, such as stickers, cellophane tape, glue, staplers, or other items requiring cleaning.
8. Modifications to items are not permitted. Items will only be accepted in their original state. Charges may be incurred for returning modified items to their original state.
9. Please ensure the return of the complete set of items, including accessories such as nuts and screws.1. In the event of utilizing a 3rd Party Transporter service, it is your responsibility to ensure the safety and condition of the rented items. You must guarantee that your runner delivers the items securely and completely.
2. Kindly communicate to your 3rd Party Transporter if the item is fragile or requires extra care. You are accountable for reminding your 3rd Party Transporter to ensure the comprehensive collection and unloading of all items.
3. Should your 3rd Party Transporter inadvertently neglect to drop off certain items, you are responsible for coordinating with them to address the situation.
4. Utilize an appropriate mode of transport for delivery to safeguard the items. Any damage, missing items, or misplacement during the journey will be your responsibility.
5. Please be aware that certain 3rd Party Transporters, such as Lalamove, may impose waiting charges. Prior to arranging transportation for pickup, kindly confirm the readiness of your orders with us. You will be accountable for all incurred waiting charges.
6. Commencing September 2023, we will no longer facilitate or book third-party transporters, such as Grab or Lalamove, on behalf of props rental. Kindly coordinate and arrange for your own transport services, providing us with runner details for both Pick-up and Drop-off. The entire delivery process is your responsibility.
7. Kindly be advised that in the event of breakage or damage to the items during the transportation process, including damage incurred due to exposure to rain (e.g., via a 4x4 Truck without cover or an uncovered lorry), charges will be levied based on the original purchase price.
8. We strongly discourage the use of uncovered transport vehicles, such as 4x4 trucks or lorries, as items may be susceptible to damage during delivery due to strong winds (resulting in breakage) or rain (causing items to become wet and spoiled). Please be aware that you are solely responsible for any spoilage or damages incurred, and this responsibility does not extend to the third-party transporter.
